Account Deletion Request – DCN MEDIA
DCN MEDIA allows users to request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please send an email to:

Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
In your message, please include:
The email address associated with your account
The name of the app
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request:
Your account will be permanently deleted.
Authentication data stored in Firebase will be removed.
Associated user data will be deleted from our systems.
Any locally stored favorites on your device will remain unless you uninstall the app.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you choose to use the app again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
